January: first steps into the new year
19 January โ Evening at the Circus Festival
The Princely Twins attended the 47th International Circus Festival of Monte-Carlo alongside Prince Albert II, Princess Stephanie, and their cousins Camille Gottlieb and Bodie Wittstock. A family evening under the Fontvieille big top to discover acts honoured with the prestigious Gold, Silver, and Bronze Clowns.

26 January โ The burning of Saint Devota’s boat
Torch in hand, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella participated in one of the Principality’s most emblematic traditions. Alongside their parents and mayor Georges Marsan, they set ablaze the traditional boat on Quai Albert I, perpetuating this centuries-old ritual honouring Monaco’s patron saint.

April: in the footsteps of the Matignons
9 April โ Official visit to Brittany
The entire Princely Family set foot for the first time on Matignon land in Cรดtes-d’Armor, cradle of the Matignon family linked to the Grimaldis since 1715. Jacques and Gabriella discovered this history-laden village, participating in a stroll through the traditional market and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque.

May: a historic sacrament
10-11 May โ First Communion at the Cathedral
Ten years to the day after their baptism, Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella received their first communion at the Cathedral of Our Lady Immaculate. Dressed in spotless albs, the Twins reached this spiritual milestone with “faith and contemplation,” according to the Prince’s Palace. An intensely emotional moment where Princess Gabriella was photographed tenderly holding her brother’s hand.

July: Princess Gabriella honoured in Carladรจs
9 July โ Visit to Cantal and Aveyron
Heading to the Carladรจs lands, of which Princess Gabriella has borne the title of Countess since birth. In Vic-sur-Cรจre, a square bearing her name was inaugurated, whilst in Mur-de-Barrez, a media library was christened in her honour. A “Princess Gabriella” botanical garden also came to life in Carlat.

September: heading into Year 6
8 September โ Back to school
Hand in hand, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella walked through the gates of the Franรงois d’Assise-Nicolas Barrรฉ Institute for their final primary school year. In carmine red and navy blue uniforms, they displayed their distinct personalities: kawaii Labubu backpack for Gabriella, Roblox universe for Jacques.

November: Prince Albert II in the spotlight
19 November โ Prince’s Day celebrations
For this special edition marking Prince Albert II’s twenty years of reign, the Twins participated in festivities with notable elegance. Present alongside their parents during National Day ceremonies, they took part in Honour Court celebrations, then attended the military parade before the traditional Palace balcony appearance, greeted by the crowd’s “Hurrahs!”


December: Christmas magic and two birthdays
7 December โ The official greeting card
The Princely Family unveiled its traditional Christmas photograph, taken by Vanessa von Zitzewitz. A warm image featuring Harley, Princess Charlene’s chihuahua, alongside the twins before a sumptuous tree adorned with midnight blue and gold baubles.

10 December โ Eleven candles for the Twins
The Prince’s Palace published new official portraits of Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella to celebrate their eleventh birthday. Images testifying to the unbroken bond between the two children, growing under their parents’ caring eye.

18 December โ Christmas gift distribution
To perpetuate a tradition spanning over 75 years, Jacques and Gabriella played little helpers during gift distribution to children at the Prince’s Palace. A moment of sharing and joy across generations.
