11th edition of Monaco Trott ‘n ‘roll sets off on 13 September
Grab your rollerblades, scooters and anything with wheels! The Flavien Foundation invites Monegasque families for a day of solidarity dedicated to research against paediatric cancers.
On 13 September, the Apolline gardens and the Promenade Honoré II will vibrate with the energy of this 11th edition. From 9 am to 6 pm, the event will offer entertainment for young and old along an extended route, accessible for a token €2. From 10 am, riders and drivers will take to the F1 circuit for spectacular demonstrations. The orange ribbon will be cut at 11 am by the local authorities, who will pay tribute to the Foundation’s “beloved stars” with the help of the Monaco fire brigade, who will be present all day.
Les Pirates du Coeur and Galaxie Vésubie will be back to host the cosplays and fancy dress competition, with a cash prize to be awarded to the three winners. Inflatables, a temporary skate park, face painting stands and a genealogy area with the Cercle Généalogique et Héraldique will round off the entertainment on offer.

Local medical research in the spotlight
The event will highlight the Mependax clinical trial in particular, the result of local research on childhood brain tumours. A 26-minute documentary will be broadcast on TV Monaco in the coming months, serving as the basis for the biennial cancer conference in January 2026.
The traditional parade will kick off at 2.30 pm to delight spectators, before a raffle draw at around 4 pm, supported by Monegasque retailers. The presentation of a cheque for 100,000 euros to the Centre Scientifique de Monaco will bring the day of generosity to a close.
